Specialised in refined garlic, Valkoliekki is a company maintaining traditions. Our most significant clientele comprises wholesale traders and the food industry. Part of our production is also supplied to individual wholesale businesses and representatives.

We refine around 200 000 kg of garlic of Spanish origin annually. We import garlic from Spain to Finland ourselves, and together with the contract farmers we ensure that the high quality of the products is sustained all the way to end users.

For consumers

Our garlic crushes for sale in grocery stores are available at all well-stocked grocery stores nationwide. However, if our product is missing from your grocery store, please let us know and we will ask the merchant to include the product in our selections.

Ingredients: Selected garlic, water, sugar, white wine vinegar, acidity regulator (E330), sodium benzoate (E211).
Instruction for use: Valkoliekki guarantees convenient and quick access to genuine hot flavours of garlic to spice up all types of foods. You can use the crushed garlic just like fresh garlic to give delicious flavour to your food, in the pot or on the pan. Another way to enjoy Valkoliekki is to use it as a side dish or on bread. 1 tea spoon or crush is equivalent to one fresh cloves of garlic.
Preservation: +5–+20 °C. The product is best preserved in a cool place protected from light. After opening, keep in the refrigerator.
